Light and Air is a Brooklyn-based architecture studio led by Shane Neufeld. The practice believes that architecture is most impactful when elemental - focused on essential qualities such as light, materiality, vision and space. Light and Air strives to create dynamic spaces that resonate and enhance the individual experience in profound and unexpected ways. The studio’s artful approach, sensitive to the interplay between the built environment and the natural world, is rooted in Neufeld’s background as a painter.
